You start by completing a consultation form through the app, followed by an onboarding call with Alex to go through your goals, lifestyle, and history. Your fully personalised plan is then built around your answers.
Each week you submit a short check-in form and progress photos. Alex reviews your full week, your training, nutrition, sleep, steps, and data, then sends a personal screen share video response with specific feedback and any adjustments. You see exactly what Alex is looking at as he talks you through it.
Most clients stay on Hands On Coaching for 4-6 months to build solid habits and get their first real results. From there, some choose to move to Self-Guided once they have the system fully dialled in.
