Every phase starts here. Fat loss comes first because training and nutrition decisions only get harder to make accurately while body fat is still high, you're managing too many variables at once. We bring it down properly first, to a level you're actually happy with, before anything else gets built on top.

Once you're at a body fat you're happy with, the focus shifts. Training increases in priority, nutrition supports growth rather than restriction, and the goal becomes building real, visible muscle without giving back the work from phase one.
